What ages do you provide gifts for?
At this stage, we do gifting for children aged 0 to 12 years old. We'll be adding more categories as we grow.
Do you do returns?
We don’t have a formal returns process as yet, but if there is anything you aren’t completely happy with, please let us know and we will get it sorted 👌 (email: hello@givejoyable.com).
How do you choose gifts?
We do the mental load for you—and look high and low for great quality, age-appropriate gifts. We match a child’s age with your gift preferences (category and budget) to our carefully curated list of gifts. Our gifts have been vetted by parents and kids alike!
Where do you source your gifts?
We try to choose unique gifts that you can’t find at large retail chains. We love supporting other Australian businesses but also gift some well-known international brands. We are continuously on the look out for new gift ideas. If you think we should stock your product, please get in touch!
How do you think about sustainability?
We are very conscious that a large number of unused and unwanted presents end up in landfill each year. We put a lot of effort into choosing high-quality gifts that children will use and love—that can one day be passed on to younger siblings or donated to charity. We try to avoid overly plastic or gimmicky toys, and choose recycled-plastic options where possible.
How will I know what the gift is?
Once we have shipped the gift, we’ll send you an email with a summary of the gift so you’ll know what’s inside.
What occasions do you buy for?
Whenever you need a gift, we're here for you! Birthdays, Christmas and everything in between!
How much does shipping cost?
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post’s tracked Parcel Post service. Shipping costs are added to the order after you set your present budget. Normal shipping costs $8 and Express Shipping costs $12.95. You can read more details about our shipping costs and delivery speeds here.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Sorry - not yet! We are working on a Click and Collect option for metro areas and hope to offer this in the near future.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally using our normal order form. For special orders please email us at hello@givejoyable.com.
Do you do bulk orders?
We do! We’ve helped customers with large orders ranging from gifts for employees’ kids to a full family Christmas list. Please reach out to hello@givejoyable.com and we can make a plan.
What if multiple people use Joyable for the same person/party?
Lucky kid—this child is going to receive some awesome gifts! Rest assured we cross-check orders to make sure we select different gifts for the same child.
How do we price our gifts?
Our gifts are priced very competitively and never more than the RRP. Our curated list includes gifts across all price categories.
Can I choose the design of the wrapping paper and card?
If you select “wrapping” and/or “add a card” in the order form, we will choose these from our collection. Think of this as another decision you won’t need to make!
